Your Impact:
As a teacher at Goodstart Bowen, you will inspire a love of learning and foster development through purposeful, creative, and energetic teaching. Building strong relationships with families will help each child feel a sense of belonging and thrive. You will mentor and guide educational practices, and collaborate with the centre leadership to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs for optimal outcomes.
About our Centre:
* Small 58-place service, open 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
* Care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years
* All rooms aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, emphasizing sensory and play-based learning
* Team of passionate educators working collaboratively
* Learning through fun and enjoyment at Goodstart Bowen
You’ll help achieve this by:
* Holding a Bachelor of Early Childhood
* Having enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education
* Driving innovation within the Centre
* Possessing extensive knowledge of the EYLF and understanding of the NQF/NQS
* Experience working with children with challenging behaviors
