Job Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Australia to join our growing Technical Services team. You’ll be a trusted advisor to some of our largest and most complex customers, helping them get the most out of Buildkite from onboarding through to ongoing success.
This is a customer-facing, relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure our customers feel supported, heard, and confident in scaling their delivery practices with Buildkite.
