We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional culinary experiences.
 * The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastry and dessert items, ensuring they meet hotel standards and recipes.
 * They will assist in daily mise en place, including doughs, cakes, mousses, sauces, and decorations, as well as support pastry chefs during service periods.
 * Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the pastry kitchen, labeling and storing ingredients and finished products, and following portion control guidelines to minimize waste.
 * Additionally, they will learn and apply new techniques under the mentorship of senior chefs and maintain awareness of dietary requirements, allergies, and special guest requests.

Requirements:
 * Qualifications in Patisserie III and IV.
 * Background in high-end restaurants or pastry kitchens.
 * Proactive and upbeat individual with excellent communication skills.
