PerthEmployment Type: Casual ContractorContract length: Initial 12 months with possibility of extensionRole OverviewOur client, a renowned global EPCM, is seeking dynamic site administrators to join their team on a major iron ore project in the Pilbara. This position is based on a 2:1 FIFO roster, with flights out of Perth with a 11-hour workday.As a key member of the team, you will:Manage site access requests for employees, including coordination of mobilisation logisticsPrepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports using Excel and site-specific softwareFacilitate onboarding of new starters, including data entry, roster coordination, leave management, site inductions, and accommodation arrangementsProvide administrative support, including document preparation, reporting, and communications for the site leadership team.Ensure all visitors and subcontractors have appropriate site access and documentationAccurately enter and process invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receiptsWhat you’ll have:Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in FIFO, remote, or project-based roles in the resources, mining, or infrastructure sectors.Qualifications: Formal training in business or office administration is .Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
