Procurement Partnering Executive Support Role
This dynamic role plays a critical part in providing high-level executive and administrative support within a fast-paced, complex, and people-oriented portfolio.
About the Role
* Support senior leaders in large matrixed environments, ideally within People & Culture, Corporate Services, or Property portfolios.
* Manage ambiguity, navigate competing demands, and anticipate the needs of a busy executive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver proactive and strategic executive support to EGMs, ensuring their time, focus, and priorities align with business goals.
2. Manage calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and arrange accommodation for meetings and events.
3. Triage and manage inboxes, drafting communications, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely action on key items.
4. Coordinate the preparation and quality assurance of briefing packs, reports, and presentations for leadership forums.
5. Plan and support strategic meetings, events, and forums, including agenda setting, action tracking, documentation, and post-meeting coordination.
6. Act as a conduit between executives and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
7. Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives, including all-hands meetings, offsites, and culture events.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in large matrixed environments.
* Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage sensitive information discreetly.
* A calm, solutions-focused mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.
