As the Warehouse Manager, you will:
* Oversee and motivate staff across production, packing, and delivery operations.
* Drive day‑to‑day performance and output at the Camden Park Warehouse.
* Maintain high quality standards and efficiently manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Skills: Excellent communication, people management, and operational expertise.
What the role entails:
* End‑to‑End Operational Leadership: Expertly lead production, liaise with couriers for pickup and support staff. Drive daily warehouse operations, including inventory flow, packing efficiency, and quality control.
* Performance & Improvement: Use KPIs to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement in labor efficiency and dispatch accuracy.
* High‑Volume Planning: Plan and execute successful, high‑volume operations for critical events (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
* Sundry + Stock Management: Ensure optimal use and maintenance of all equipment and space.
* WHS/Compliance: Maintain a safe, positive, and compliant work environment, strictly adhering to WHS/OHS policies.
What You'll Bring (Essential Skills)
* Proven Leadership: 2+ years of management experience leading a large team, focused on performance management and building a cohesive, high‑achieving culture.
* Operational Expertise: Direct experience in Warehouse or Operations Management, particularly in a demanding, fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
* Strategic Problem Solving: Exceptional strategic and operational problem‑solving skills.
* Key Attributes: Strong communication skills, a proactive, results‑oriented "can‑do" attitude, and a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality control.
