To provide project management and coordination in the strategic and enterprise initiatives focused on developing and strengthening management systems and the identified processes within NGCP with the goal of improving corporate performance and achieving wealth creation for its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensures the day-to-day implementation of strategic and enterprise initiatives through analysis, implementation of assigned projects and related administrative tasks.
* Helps build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within his/her regional/district authority.
* Provides expert knowledge and skills in the fields of strategic management associated with the company's assets, facilities, operations, and activities in line with the strategy and overall direction of the CCO.
Requirements
Candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* College Graduate of any engineering or management course, preferably Post-Graduate Degree holder.
* At least two (2) years of satisfactory professional experience in implementing process improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and exposure to business development programs.
* At least two (2) years of engineering or operations experience.
* Knowledge in Integrated Management Systems.
* Knowledge in Project Management.
* Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
* Exceptional organizational and management skills.
* Ability to multi-skill and handle multiple assignments and tasks.
* Exudes confidence and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Self-starter and able to generate new ideas and concepts.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration.
* Relationship management skills (internal and external units).
* Effective influence and negotiation skills.
* Integrity, honesty, and good work ethics.
* Advanced understanding of computer systems and software (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Applications).
Comprehensive Knowledge In
* ISO standards including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 31000).
* Philippine Laws and Regulations (in relation to NGCP's operations).
* Continuous improvement methodologies, business frameworks, and financial analysis.
