We are hiring a part-time Human Resource Manager based in Melbourne. This role requires working 2 days per week and involves overseeing and enhancing our organisation's human resources functions.
You are ideal for this role if:
* You hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have proven experience in HR Management, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
* You are proficient in HR Software, particularly BambooHR.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
* You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Strategic HR Leadership:

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Employee Relations and Engagement:
* Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that promotes engagement and satisfaction.
* Address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
* Implement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Performance Management:
* Manage performance appraisal systems for fair evaluations.
* Support managers in setting goals and conducting reviews.
* Address performance issues through coaching and development plans.
Compliance and Risk Management:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws.
* Develop HR policies to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance.
* Conduct regular audits of HR practices.
Organisational Development:
* Lead initiatives to improve organisational culture and effectiveness.
* Support change management during organisational transitions.
