Assistant Centre Manager - Mandurah
Bloom Early Education is a WA owned and operated childcare provider, whose mission is to raise the standard of early education and care for all children in WA. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Centre Manager to lead a team and ensure the delivery of exceptional early childhood education and care services. Their ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in a Room Leader or Assistant Director position.

You must also meet the following criteria:
Have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent early childhood qualification, with a minimum five year's experience.
Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications and have completed the relevant child protection training.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Service National Regulations.
Be able to communicate effectively and with purpose to children, parents, team members, service providers and stakeholders.
Demonstrate high-level abilities to work in a team and be able to use their own initiative.
Be "all in" with your commitment and contribution to Bloom's philosophy, vision and mission.
