Your new role
As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will:
Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and category management activities across the business
Develop and execute multi‑year sourcing strategies aligned to long‑term operational and commercial objectives.
Drive cost optimisation, value creation, and supply chain resilience through effective sourcing and negotiation
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic and critical suppliers
Lead high‑value negotiations covering pricing, lead times, contractual terms, and service levels
Establish and manage supplier performance frameworks, including KPIs for quality, delivery, cost, and service
Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify consolidation, efficiency, and savings opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management, ideally within manufacturing
Proven experience developing and executing multi‑year sourcing and category strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
