The Position
As a Sales Administrator, responsibilities include:
- Provide end-to-end support to a high-performing sales team
- Drafting and preparing agency agreements, sales contracts, and compliance documentation
- Coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns, including signboards, brochures, and property launches
- Managing Agentbox CRM and overseeing the sales trust account
- Uploading and launching property listings online with precision and attention to detail
- Processing and receipting buyer deposits into the trust account accurately and promptly
- Liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers to follow up on contracts and ensure smooth progress
- Providing seamless support to a high-performing sales team and keeping operations running efficiently
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will:
- Previous real estate experience, ideally in a sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/team
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong administrative skills with great time management
- Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker
- Great customer focussed attitude
- Ability to build rapport and have outstanding communication skills
