What you'll be doing End‑to‑end permanent recruitment for Transport & Logistics roles Partner closely with internal hiring managers (no cold BD) Interview, select and place quality candidates Build talent pipelines and manage recruitment compliance Deliver a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders Balance urgency with quality to deliver great recruitment outcomes What we're looking for You don't need to tick every box - we're looking for the right mindset Recruitment or strong customer service experience Confident communicator who enjoys working with people Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Interest in operational / blue‑collar recruitment Experience in Transport & Logistics is helpful but not essential - we're happy to support the right person to grow into the role.
