As a Sales Assistant at Buxton Real Estate, you'll work closely with a highly experienced Sales Consultant to support the ins and outs of the sales business at our Lara office. From administrative tasks to negotiating sales and conducting open homes, you'll be supported to grow your real estate sales career with us! Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Conducting open homes and buyer appointments, including placement of signboards/flags, and accurately recording buyer feedback.
* Assisting at appraisals
* Database management & prospecting
* Attending sales meetings and training sessions
* Coordinating appointments and inspections
* Set up/prepare sales files when a property has been listed
* Liaise with the Advertising Department regarding the appropriate arrangements for access to a property for photography, floor plan and copywriting to be completed
* Arrange delivery of gifts to present and past clients
* Assist with pre and post sales service including architect inspections, final inspections prior to settlement(s)
* Follow-up buyers met at open for inspections to ascertain interest and gather additional leads
* Organise comparable sales print outs and early alert buyer match reports for all appraisals
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Agent's Representative Certificate/Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice required*
* Drivers Licence and own vehicle
* Previous experience would be highly regarded but not essential
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
* Display professional appearance and a positive and can do attitude
* Saturday availability is required
