We’re BG Electrical & Air Con, a family owned electrical and air conditioning company based in Seventeen Mile Rocks. With over 15 years in the industry, we pride ourselves on quality work, integrity, and excellent customer service. We’re now looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our team.
Your day will include general admin tasks such as:
- Answering calls and emails, booking jobs, and managing the calendar
- Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and follow-ups
- Ordering and tracking parts for installs and repairs
- Taking Payments
- Keeping job files, spreadsheets, and systems up to date
- Supporting tradesmen and managers to keep work flowing smoothly
- Complete admin tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a trades-based business (preferred)
- Knowledge of air conditioning or electrical industry (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Great communication: friendly, professional, and clear
- Confidence using Apple computers (training can be provided)
- MYOB experience (preferable but not mandatory)
- A proactive, can do attitude
