Equipment Parts Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Parts Coordinator to join our team in Whyalla, Australia. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, stocking, selling, and delivery of equipment parts and accessories.
About the Job:
* Receive and stock parts and accessories
* Sell and deliver parts and accessories
* Manage stock levels to minimize out-of-stock or overstock situations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts
2. Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
3. Work closely with the Service Department to identify required parts, provide pricing, and pick parts
