The Role
In this pivotal role, you will support the efficient operation of the Economy & Experience Unit through high‐level administrative, project and reporting coordination. You'll manage corporate reporting obligations, prepare quality documentation, develop and review strategy and policy, assist with research and analysis, and help deliver a variety of projects, events and initiatives. You will also provide proactive support to the Manager, coordinate meetings and workflows, and maintain effective systems that keep the unit running smoothly.
About You
You're an organised, detail‐focused professional with strong project coordination, strategy and policy development, research and administrative skills. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well and build positive relationships with stakeholders. You're confident preparing reports, coordinating meetings and supporting projects from start to finish. Above all, you take initiative, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
This role requires a satisfactory police records check, current Drivers Licence and an Employee Working with Children Check.
