Job Overview
As a highly skilled professional in the hospitality industry, we are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver training sessions and conduct assessments.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver training sessions: Engage participants through face-to-face and virtual training sessions, focusing on their learning needs and goals.
* Conduct assessments: Evaluate participant competence in accordance with RTO standards and industry requirements.
* Support students: Guide participants from enrollment to completion, providing vocational placement opportunities and ensuring they meet the course requirements.
2. Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience.
* Certifications: Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110), Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, and experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
