The Role at a Glance
Pay Rate: $37 - $43 per hour + super.
Location: Perth
Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.
Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for technical and general enquiries.
* Provide accurate advice and assistance via a dedicated industry helpdesk.
* Record customer details, feedback, and complaints with high attention to detail.
* Distribute technical publications, forms, and brochures to stakeholders.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of helpdesk systems and manuals.
* Build professional relationships with internal teams and external industry partners.
