\"Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre (BRTC) is seeking a motivated and
enthusiastic tennis coach to join our coaching team due to increasing
demand across our programs.
BRTC is a busy regional tennis centre with a strong community focus,
offering tennis programs for juniors, adults and competitive players.
All current coaches are at full capacity, and we are looking to expand
our team to support continued growth. The BRTC also has six pickleball
courts and is looking to further develop its pickleball community and
programs.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Hot Shots coaching (4-6 hours per week)
- Squad and competition coaching
- Group adult coaching + Cardio Tennis (4h per week)
- Clinic Holidays
- Private coaching (15h per week)
- Assisting the Club Manager during tournaments and events
The successful applicant will:
- Be energetic, reliable and passionate about coaching
- Enjoy working with players of all ages and abilities
- Be a strong team player who wants to contribute to club development
- The candidate must have a strong competitive background
- Have good communication and organisational skills
- Hold Tennis Australia coaching accreditation (or be working towards it)
- Hold a current Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
