We are seeking a passionate and driven pharmacy professional to join our team in a hospital and/or community pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dispensary operations, professional services, and medication supply to support patients and customers.
* Collaborate closely with clinical leaders to ensure pharmacy services align with patient care initiatives and operational needs.
* Provide staff education and patient counselling to empower safe and effective medication use.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
* High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
* Experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting is required.
* A vaccination certificate or experience with immunisations is highly regarded but not essential.
