ABOUT MATRIX

Matrix Steel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Coffs Harbour team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships - both in person and over the phone - and is passionate about delivering quality service and supporting business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and grow an existing customer base while identifying new sales opportunities in the region.
* Lead and support a small manufacturing team.
* Promote and drive the growth of our roofing product offering locally.
* Introduce and expand the reach of our Sheds product line within the Coffs Harbour market.
* Contribute to local marketing and brand initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
* Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure smooth, professional delivery and installation of projects.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
* Strong sales background - experience in the building industry highly regarded.
* Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Technical aptitude and confident communicator across all levels.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-first mindset with strong internal and external service focus.
* Positive team attitude and strong work ethic.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
