Our client, a leading Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications company based in Mount Waverley is looking for a proactive Senior Administrator to join the team.
This is a permanent, all rounder role where you'll report directly to the General Manager, making sure the project and design teams run efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* High-Level Support: Assist the GM and wider management team with daily operations.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Project Administration Officer.
* Project Admin: Manage fee proposals, tender processes, and utility contract documentation.
* Technical Coordination: Handle NBN documentation and coordinate authority audit submissions.
* Data & Systems: Maintain the company database (BOSS) and internal filing systems.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients and external authorities.
What You Bring
* Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a senior administrative or coordination role.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in engineering, utilities, or construction is a plus.
* Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Office.
* Mindset: You are highly organized, proactive, and have the initiative to solve problems before they land on someone else's desk.
