**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and lead marketing communications projects
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery within deadlines
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and track key performance metrics
- Leverage insights and data to inform strategies that drive B2B and B2C engagement
- Produce and implement multi-channel marketing communication strategies across website, social media, internal and external communication channels, and marketing collateral at franchisee and corporate level
- In collaboration with the Brand Marketing Lead, assist with the execution of new marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines
- Curate case studies to showcase successful marketing strategies used locally by franchisees, to further encourage best practice marketing to entire franchise network
- Manage and provide guidance to the Communications & Content Manager on output, strategies and projects, ensuring trend-driven and engaging content at all times
- Identify real estate market trends and growth opportunities to inform future strategies
- Provide training and education to the franchise network and field network questions via an online ticketing system regarding marketing communications, content and social media best practice

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required
- At least 4-6 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, or a related field
- Experience working in the real estate industry
- Experience in managing a team and working cross-functionally is highly valued
- Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy, storytelling and social media
- Ability to analyse real estate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy and decision-making for future marketing output
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and interstate teams
- Ability to present creative ideas effectively to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to marketplace challenges
- Strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
