The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, he is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible support to his team.
As Site Supervisor, your new role will involve-
- Managing multiple construction sites throughout the Bayside area to Rochedale
- Ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correct building practices and procedures and adhered to at all times
- Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring projects run to schedule
- Provide construction progress updates, WHS reports to head office

You will ideally have the following criteria:
- Previous Supervisory experience delivering high end custom homes mandatory
- Strong computer skills - Onsite Companion experience is essential
- Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
- Trade qualification - QBCC License
- Longevity with previous employers - proven strong tenure
- Outgoing, friendly personality
