Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Estimator based in Forrestfield, WA. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, assisting customers with product inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role involves fostering strong customer relationships, addressing technical questions, managing sales orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Technical Support skills to assist clients with product-related technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
* Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage sales processes, coordinate orders, and support the sales team efficiently.
* Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools used for sales and support operations.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Previous experience in a technical sales or coordination role is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
