Regional Sales Growth Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts in QLD.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region.
* Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers.
* Forecast market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region.
* Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
* Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
* Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
* Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
* Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
* Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
* Fully maintained company vehicle.
