This role suits a confident, collaborative nurse leader who values teamwork, clear communication, and a positive workplace culture. You'll be supported with the resources needed to contribute to excellent patient outcomes and smooth, efficient operating lists for our surgeons and anaesthetists.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Calm, confident decision-making
* Reliable, accountable, and engaged in daily operations
* Supportive, team-first leadership style
Desirable:
* Previous leadership or management experience
* Understanding of clinical governance or compliance processes
