Ideal Qualifications and Skills
* A focus on the Image of Child.
* Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs using the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Prior leadership experience mentoring educators to high standards of curriculum and documentation.
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards a Diploma within three months.
* A current and state-relevant Working with Children's Check.
* Current Child Protection Training.
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
Maintain the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children, including those with disabilities, and share your experiences working with diverse backgrounds.
