The Role
This role is a 12‐month parental leave cover and sits within our Employee Experience Team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Together, we shape how people first meet us, join us and grow with us, from recruitment and onboarding through to connection and engagement.
You will play a meaningful part in ensuring our recruitment processes are thoughtfully planned, professionally delivered and genuinely human. This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things well, cares deeply about candidate experience and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes that feel considered, respectful and aligned with our values.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide trusted guidance on effective, contemporary recruitment strategies.
* Manage the end‐to‐end candidate recruitment journey, ensuring every interaction reflects care, clarity and professionalism.
* Plan and deliver talent selection processes, including advertising vacancies, phone screening, interviews and other relevant candidate assessments.
* Support and guide hiring managers on employment offers and delivering constructive feedback to candidates.
* Participate in recruitment projects that assist in the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy.
* Utilise recruitment systems and tools to support efficient delivery and ongoing improvement of recruitment processes.

* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

* Experience in end‐to‐end recruitment processes such as resume review, phone screening, interviews and reference checking.
* Clear and engaging written communication skills, with the ability to produce inclusive and well‐tailored recruitment attraction and selection content.
* Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders, to create collaborative and trusted relationships.
* A high level of accuracy and care in administrative tasks and systems usage. Experience using an ATS, CRM or HR System.
