The Role: As the NT Account Manager, you will be the key driver of our business in the Northern Territory servicing Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs.
You will manage and grow relationships with major commercial and industrial clients.
Supporting all Interior brands, you'll identify new opportunities, drive sales growth, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients across the NT Identify opportunities to expand business across all Interior brands Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and GTC teams Deliver commercial outcomes that balance client needs and business objectives Prepare and present professional reports and presentations to stakeholders Maintain a strong understanding of products, sales programmes, and industry trends About You You're a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in building strong customer relationships and delivering results in a technical sales competitive market.
You'll bring: Previous experience in business development, account management, or commercial planning Experience in the building, construction, or materials industries is highly desirable Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and tell compelling business stories Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate level essential) Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills High energy, results-oriented, and motivated to succeed Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines effectively Self-starter with initiative and positive attitude Strong time management and organisational skills Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven market What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
