* About the Role:
* You will work closely with donors, staff members, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
* You will be responsible for greeting and interviewing potential donors, providing clinical oversight, and guiding other team members in the blood collection process.
* You will also be involved in setting up machines and collections equipment, inserting and removing needles safely to collect whole blood and plasma, and managing adverse donor reactions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
* A current AHPRA registration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Saturday.
* The physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and bend throughout the working day.
