Overview
* Lead the delivery of high-end hospitality and hotel construction projects across Sydney
* Work with a leading head contractor with A Grade clients on projects from $2m to $15m+
Experience in high end fit-out and refurbishments is ideal and hospitality, hotel or commercial fit-out construction projects is preferred.
Our client is a dynamic head contractor company specialising in high-end hospitality, hotel, and lifestyle environments. Projects range from boutique hotels and premium hospitality venues to complex refurbishments and fast‐paced fit‐outs.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager to join their Sydney team and support the successful delivery of hospitality and hotel construction projects. Projects will be from smaller up to $15m+.
This role will be responsible for managing projects from early planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of hospitality and hotel construction projects from concept through completion
* Manage project programs, budgets and commercial performance
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers across project phases
* Oversee procurement processes including tendering, scope reviews and contractor selection
* Manage contract administration, variations and project reporting
* Identify and manage project risks while implementing mitigation strategies
* Ensure projects meet safety, regulatory and quality standards
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
* Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on progress, budget and delivery milestones
* Ensure successful project completion in accordance with contract requirements and project objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
* 7–15 years' experience in construction or project management roles
* Demonstrated experience delivering hospitality, hotel or commercial fit‐out construction projects
* Proven ability to manage projects through the full project lifecycle
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies and project controls
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and problem‐solving ability
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
* Experience working with project management systems such as Procore, Aconex or similar is advantageous
* You will be organised, highly motivated and have a positive approach and attitude toward your work
