With both a retail and service arm, this thriving business place great importance on providing outstanding communication and service to their customers. Due to an internal promotion, this company is seeking a Service Administrator to join their busy team.
**Your recent role**
Reporting to the Office Manager, the main duties of this role will involve answering all incoming calls, assisting customers with various enquiries, data entry, scheduling and completing work orders.The other part of this position will involve sales support and assisting the customer service team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this position, applicants should have at least one to two years of Sales administration experience. A sound understanding of the wholesale industry would also be looked upon favourably. This is a company where you can grow and move about the business so it is important to have a positive and proactive attitude and the confidence to take on challenges.
