The Role:
This is one of the strongest Brand Manager opportunities currently in market. Reporting into a senior marketing leader, you will take ownership of a multi-brand portfolio spanning established core ranges alongside faster-growing, more dynamic segments. The role sits at the intersection of brand, innovation, and commercial decision-making, offering both scale and complexity.
You’ll be involved in shaping brand direction while staying close to execution. This is not a passive role, you’ll be hands-on, influential, and visible, with meaningful exposure across marketing, sales, and broader cross-functional teams.
* Own end-to-end brand planning, forecasting, and budget management
* Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, events, and in-store
* Drive NPD and renovation activity from concept through to launch
* Manage creative, media, and social agency partners
* Work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams across major retail channels
* Use insight and performance data to guide what happens next
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Brand Manager within FMCG or consumer-led categories
* Comfortable owning brands end to end, not just campaign execution
* Experience managing complexity, multiple priorities, and stakeholder groups
* Confident operating in regulated or compliance-led environments
* Enjoys pace, ownership, and being close to commercial outcomes
