About the Role:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive business cases to replace key systems for SafeWork NSW.
* Drive innovation, process improvement, and new ways of working.
* Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify areas for improvement.

* Map and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and gain endorsement for system requirements.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business improvements.
* Proven experience in business process mapping, system improvement, and project management.
