Role
As Nurse Unit Manager, you'll be leading a team that values innovation, open communication, and a strong culture of respect—an environment where staff are empowered to grow and where meaningful impact is made every day.
Qualifications and Experience
* Advanced knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the area.
* Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary nursing management practice, including clinical governance, clinical risk management, evidence‐based practice, research, clinical standards, ethics, and legislation.
* Leadership skills—capable of promoting a shared vision and purpose, and positively influencing others to ensure optimal client outcomes and build a culture of success and active contribution by all staff within the practice area.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full‐time, day worker (with on‐call) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing ASAP.

Launceston, Tasmania
Salary
$134,109 to $140,384 per annum (Pro‐rate). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
In addition, the following allowances may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type

Eligibility
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
