Brand Manager - Spreads (Docklands-based)
Ready to lead some of Australia's most iconic brands? Our Head of Marketing for Spreads is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join her dynamic team at Bega Group.
In this exciting role, you'll help shape the future of VEGEMITE, Bega Peanut Butter, and Zooper Dooper, brands that hold a special place in Aussie hearts. From driving brand strategy and launching new products to unlocking growth through partnerships and licensing, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and impact.

Responsibilities
* Deliver business objectives and brand plans for the Peanut and Water Ice portfolios
* Lead marketing initiatives, including new communications strategies and product launches
* Drive cross-functional execution, managing end-to-end product changes and leading project teams across social, PR, and eComm
* Collaborate with category and sales to activate in-store programs and secure key initiatives that support commercial goals
* Manage A&P and partnerships, while using data insights to inform decisions and oversee licensing relationships
About you
* Strong business acumen, keen understanding of business strategies and operations
* Experience in relevant brand-building, strategic marketing and communications roles in FMCG
* Experience in the development and implementation of high-impact marketing activities
* A passion for shaping brands and leading new product development and innovation
* Understands consumer needs and the 'know-how' to craft category and brand stories
