THE OPPORTUNITY
A hybrid general and specialist practice in Hervey Bay is seeking a driven Associate Dentist to step into a highly productive and well-supported role as the clinic's founding Prosthodontist transitions to focusing purely on specialist referrals.
This is a genuine gold mine opportunity for an incoming clinician who will take over 50–60% of the Prosthodontist's books, the majority of which are fixed prosthodontics cases. You'll also benefit from an excellent reputation, high patient demand, and ongoing mentorship from an experienced specialist.
The clinic features 4 chairs and is supported by two associate dentists (one senior, one junior), a visiting periodontist, and a visiting endodontist. Technology includes CBCT, intraoral scanners, Piezo units, and microscopes.
There is more than enough work to support 4–5 full days, and patient flow is strong. Every clinician is busy, and new consults are coming in daily. This is an ideal role for someone who wants clinical autonomy as well as a passion for general dentistry and prosthodontics, and has confidence in treatment planning and patient communication, and a desire to commit long-term to a high-performing team.
