Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research projects
* Develop and implement ethics and grant applications to secure funding
* Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
* Recruit and engage participants in research studies, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Support data collection and analysis, interpreting results to inform future research directions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date research databases and records
* Assist in preparing research outputs, reports, and presentations for dissemination
Requirements
* Completion of an AQF+1 qualification (e.g. Honours, Masters, PhD) in a relevant field, demonstrating expertise and knowledge
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
* (Desirable) Active engagement with industry, professional bodies, or community groups, showcasing a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
