About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in our aged care facility, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Working closely with our Clinical Nurse Coordinator and Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical care, support junior nursing staff, and provide leadership in best practices, clinical documentation, and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional care to residents, focusing on their individual needs and dignity.
* Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
* Support and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and training in clinical skills.
* Ensure accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance with care standards.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Full Australian working rights. ( no sponsorship is available )
* Strong clinical skills with experience in aged care
* Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
