About Our Role
We are seeking Support Workers to collaborate with customers and help them achieve their goals.
* Develop personalised support plans that identify life objectives and work towards achieving them;
* Participate in community activities with our customers;
* Assist with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration, and accompanying customers to appointments;
* Evaluate and follow positive behaviour support plans; and
* Perform administrative duties and report customer progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Organisational and time management skills;
* Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications.

Other Information
This role is subject to a police clearance check and a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) check. You will be required to hold a current first aid certificate and provide proof of your qualifications and experience.
