A little about you
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
* Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
* Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
* Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
* The ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
* A pioneer towards embedding best practice
* Excellent communication skills and has a person centered approach
