Marketing Operations Manager
The Marketing Operations Manager is a key member of the Client Marketing team. This role is the technical lead for day-to-day operations for lead generation, event campaigning, Customer Lifecycle Management and Martech capabilities within a B2B market.
This role is integral in order to drive efficiencies in strategy, implementation and reporting, while achieving division revenue targets and performance metrics.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing, this is a hands-on role that spans both traditional and digital media.
This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and visibility of our diverse brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and configure end to end customer journeys and targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
* Lead large scale projects critical to Client Partnerships strategic objectives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate across teams to execute multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, events) and assist teams with best practice execution.
* Monitor campaign performance, providing engagement insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Manage multiple projects, track and report on marketing performance, spend, and ROI.
* Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities and emerging technologies complementary to the internal ecosystem.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
* Maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and present actionable insights.
* Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure brand and regulatory compliance. Support data governance efforts to ensure accuracy and security in marketing analytics.
* Build relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
* Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance strategies.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on technical experience within marketing automation platform Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) desired.
* Proven experience working within marketing operations, customer lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in CRM integrations related to Salesforce.
* Strong experience working with HTML, JavaScript and CSS required.
* Experience managing marketing campaigns and projects from ideation to execution and analysis.
* Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI of marketing initiatives.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with digital marketing channels including email, social media, website, SMS or phone.
* Solid understanding of marketing strategy and customer lifecycle marketing.
* Knowledge of marketing technology and tools including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
* Understanding of market research, segmentation, and targeting.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy laws.
* Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills.
