* Network design and planning: Develop and plan customer access network infrastructure, ensuring it is efficient and meets performance standards. This includes evaluating and upgrading existing networks and integrating new equipment.
* Project coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to manage projects and monitor contractual obligations.
* Technical support and troubleshooting: Provide operational support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network malfunctions, defects, and faults.
* Performance analysis and optimization: Monitor network performance, analyze future demand, forecast capacity, and recommend enhancements to meet growing customer needs.
* Documentation and compliance: Prepare network plans, cost estimates, and technical documentation, while also keeping records of policies, procedures, and quality standards. They must also ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
