About this Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced employment law professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic legal advice on all aspects of employment law and workplace relations.
* Manage complex litigation and disputes across state and federal jurisdictions.
* Advise on dispute resolution strategies, including mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
* Mentor and supervise junior lawyers to deliver exceptional legal services.
* Advise on policy development, governance, and regulatory compliance.
* Engage with external stakeholders to secure the best outcomes.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
* Admission as a Solicitor or Barrister in Queensland (or eligible for admission).
* At least 7+ years' post-admission experience with strong expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and litigation.
* Experience advising on sensitive employment and dispute matters in complex organisations.
* Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
