The Role
We're looking for a proactive digital designer who takes initiative and is confident owning their work from brief through to delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys working autonomously, bringing ideas to the table, and taking responsibility for the end‐to‐end design process. You'll work across aspirational brand campaigns as well as hands‐on digital and website projects, contributing to high‐impact work that's visible across the business.
You'll join a collaborative team built on trust and flexibility. There's a strong mix of major brand activations, partnerships, and events alongside more functional design work, offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact as part of a team that enjoys working together and delivering great outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Design high‐quality digital assets including social media creative, display ads, email templates, landing pages, and website visuals
* Design print assets such as flyers, posters, banners, out‐of‐home creative and vehicle decals
* Partner with marketing, product and content teams to deliver cohesive, on‐brand campaigns
* Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual solutions that align with brand guidelines
* Contribute to UI design and help improve user experience across digital products
* Optimise designs for different platforms, formats and performance requirements
* Maintain visual consistency across all digital and brand touchpoints
* Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices
About You
You're a proactive, capable designer who takes initiative and enjoys owning your work end‐to‐end. You're comfortable juggling different types of projects and can move easily between creative brand work and more functional design tasks.
What you'll bring:
* 2–3 years' experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer (agency or in‐house)
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work
* Experience working with WordPress and Elementor
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
* Experience building HTML emails (drag‐and‐drop tools or HTML)
* Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
* Knowledge of digital formats across social, display, email and web
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities confidently
Nice to have
* Experience managing or working with agencies
* Video editing (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
* Motion design or animation skills (After Effects)
* Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow
