As part of the Customer Applications Team, you will be a part of a culture that values being inclusive, team & outcome driven, and collaborative.Your new roleReporting to the Customer Applications Manager, as Senior D365 Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, driving architectural direction, resolving complex integration challenges, and aligning technical outcomes with long-term business objectives through strategic stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Lead solution architecture and design for Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, Marketing) and Power Platform, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with strategic business objectives.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project goals, capture requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solution designs.Apply user-centred design principles by developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that deliver intuitive and efficient experiences.Troubleshoot design and integration challenges, delivering innovative and effective solutions across Microsoft and third-party applications.Act as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, guiding developers and cross-functional teams through complex project delivery.Oversee testing, configuration, and quality assurance to ensure systems are compliant, resilient, and ready for long-term sustainability.Spark our Interest!Our hiring decisions are not only based on your experience and skills, but your passion, attitude and alignment to our core values.The successful candidate will hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, with 5–10 years of proven experience in full software development lifecycle, within complex enterprise environments.You will bring strong expertise in both technical and functional software design, system integration, and solution development using Microsoft technologies. You’re someone who understands how to design practical solutions to meet business needs and can manage work from planning through to delivery.You will be adept in working through challenges, solving problems, and improving how things are done.
