Sales Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing sales across Western Australia, meeting the airline's revenue and business goals.
As a Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for working with multiple market segments in the travel trade, including retail agency and corporate sales. You will be required to identify, source and procure incremental sales revenue by maintaining regular and ongoing sales and marketing activities in the designated sales territory.
The principal job purpose of this role is to develop a sales call and activity plan designed to achieve maximum return on investment. This will involve using available booking and revenue data to target key potential agents, sourcing new business prospects and fostering improved performance for existing under-performing corporate and travel agency accounts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners. They will also have a strong understanding of the local market, economic and political developments in Western Australia as they relate to the wider corporate and leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
