Technical Sales Representative - Industry
* Drive budgeted turnover and sales contributions.
* Communicate national product ranging, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with Sika Australia's sales, pricing, and expense policies.
* Identify new business opportunities in defined industry markets (Transportation, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, etc.).
* Provide technical and sales services to existing customers.
* Maintain and expand the customer base through product specifications and demonstrations.
* Report market information and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
* Prepare project proposals with the Sales Manager.
* Participate in internal and external training as needed.
* Ensure compliance with Sika's Quality Policy (ISO 9002) and relevant laws.
* Provide after-sales service and technical advice based on current data sheets.
* Report verbal agreements and significant changes to relevant team members.
* University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (preferred), OR has 3+ years of experience in the IndustryMarket sector.
* Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable liaising with all levels of decision-makers.
* Thrive in a fast‐paced environment and demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
* Team player with a strong aptitude for marketing and sales.
