We believe in our purpose to build a brighter future for all.The Group Content Chapter sits within the Marketing and Corporate affairs function, focused on continually driving positive reputation, brand consideration and customer engagement with the Commonwealth Bank.Our Group Content Chapter is responsible for executing the Brighter content ecosystem to build the nation’s financial empowerment. We do this by using insights to deliver high-quality content to customers through our magazine, TV show, website, video, podcast and organic social content.Do work that mattersAs a Marketing Manager responsible for digital content, you’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of content, experiences and journeys within the “Brighter” content ecosystem. That is; forming product and service digital content strategies that respond to market moments, customer needs, product offers or commercially aligned priorities on behalf of our clients.Whatever the need, you’ll make full use of data and customer insights to shape decisions for your work. You will execute on our content strategy by delivering on-brand content – ranging from short -form traffic driving initiatives, to contextual merchandising to SEO-driven editorial experiences.You’ll collaborate creatively and strategically within a cross-functional and outcomes driven marketing team. Using your passion for simplifying complex concepts and our digital style guide, you’ll deliver clear and engaging copy that empowers our customers.On any given day you will:Write, edit and optimise digital copy - including editorial, articles, landing pages, product and service information – turning complex product information into clear and easy to understand content, using our style guide, TOV and SEO principles.Champion and execute an editorial calendar for our digital content hub, and manage stakeholder requests using our CMSPartner with stakeholders and product owners to optimise storytelling opportunities for content that captures and converts customersResearch, write, and curate on-brand contentPartner with Product Owners, UX, Compliance, Research and other key stakeholders to enhance our digital content,Build and publish web content (articles and pages) using Adobe AEMBe committed to always-on optimisation and strive to continually audit and amplify our products and services using data, insights and analyticsBe a brand champion - ensuring content and copy is accessible, meets brand standards and is customer focusedSupport the development and improvement of repeatable processes, workflows and content templatesBe a collaborative team member who feels empowered to enhance customer experience benefits and foster meaningful and positive stakeholder relationshipsWe’re interested to hear from people who have:Exceptional writing, editing and digital user experience.A continuous improvement mindset; experience with multi-variate, A/B testing environments, preferably Adobe Target.Experience writing high quality, compelling and engaging content.Experience using a CMS, preferably Adobe Experience ManagerExperience with the Adobe Suite, including Adobe Analytics – building dashboards, extracting reporting and implementing results in content shaping and strategiesExperience in interpreting data; telling stories, building narratives and hypothesesPractice pitching content ideas and supporting rationale and confidenceInfluential, rational stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders and balancing the needs of stakeholders with business and commercial strategyAbility to uphold the highest editorial integrity with internal stakeholders (sales, product & marketing) as the editorial authority for our digital assets.Experience working in an agile workplace with tight deadlines.A solid understanding of SEO: including copy /content creation and reporting/analytics.If this is your next career opportunity, please apply today!Working at CommBankAt CommBank, we support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
